A little Welsh lad is practicing his footie skills down the local park. He has one of those portable walls which he moves around to change the angle so he can shoot from different areas of the field. He takes 50 kicks at goal, and every one finds the back of the net. David O’Leary is watching and walks down to talk to the young man.
“How old are you son?” asks O’Weary
“13” Replies the young fellow.
“Well I am very impressed with your shooting” continues Weary.
“I must say if you continue in this vein of form, when you get older you may be good enough to play for the Villa”
“F*ck off” said our hero “it’s bad enough being Welsh”

Fed up with those crappy lifts (elevators) at Clark Street station that ALWAYS break down? Fed up with that damn weekend work at Fulton Street which means musical trains to get to/from Brooklyn at the weekends? Not HP with that ILLEGAL subway strike in December? So, what’s been going on in the world since I last posted anything here?

Well firstly there was this stupid story about a school in the UK that allows it’s schoolchilden to swear at their teacher up to 5 times in any particular lesson. Woah! That’s like 40 times per day! Holy macaroni! When I were a lad, I’d be caned for even thinking of swearing! What is the world coming to?!

On a happier note, I’m please to report a story on an old fave – Jen Garner. She’s reportedly said to love her biscuits. And so do I! 🙂 (There’s nothing quite like a cuppa tea n’ biscuits)

It’s been a while since I posted anything on Britters, but I did find that Britney Has Her Sets Sights on Sin City which would be awesome news! Plus, there’s also a rumour that she’ll call her next kid London. Noice.
